SHIPPING

I ship worldwide.

Orders are prepared within a maximum of 4 working days from the order date.

All orders are prepared and sent from Marseille, France.

All shipments are accompanied by a tracking service. A tracking number will be communicated to you once the order is sent. Then, you will be able to track your shipment on the french post office website.

Shipping costs are calculated according to :

- The cost of packaging.

- The current rates of the French post office, depending on the destination and weight. 

PACKAGE

Prints are sent securely : protected by a tissue paper or a transparent film and delivered flat in a strong cardboard envelope.

Despite these precautions, if your order arrives damaged, do not hesitate to send me a photo of the damage by email at [email protected]. I will arrange for an exchange.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, no refund can be made.

CANCELLATIONS

I accept cancellations only if the order has not yet been shipped.

DELAYS

If you notice a delay in the delivery of your order, you can contact your post office with your tracking number. You can also contact me and I will do my best to help.

SPECIFICITIES

Some images are printed with the artisanal process of risography, which can induce slight shifts and variations of colors. This is stated in the product description and will not be considered as a valid reason for refund.
